Minimum order value £65. Visits to the yard are by prior APPOINTMENT ONLY
Orders will be confirmed within 8 working/business hours of receipt.
For coal and Nets – we deliver them where you need them. Builders Bags - We aim to place the builders bag as near as we can to where it is intended (without blocking access) using a 7.5t lorry with a crane. Please note we do need a min of 8ft for lorry access
We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days depending on the delivery run. Once you have finalised your order you will be called within 6 hours to confirm delivery.
Emergency delivery refers to orders requested within 24 hours.
Cancellations must be at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
We make every effort to ensure our products are delivered dry (moisture content between 15% to 25%) and on time. However if you do have a concern or a complaint we would respectfully request that you let us know within 7 days. We will then dutifully rectify the problem for you.
